The average selling price per square meter for apartments is still on the raise in Paris. During the summer alone, prices rose 2.3% and it seems nothing can stop the rise of high end apartments prices with approximately an 18% increase over the past 12 months.
Paris real estate market does remain one of the most secure property investment with latest studies showing Paris is the 2nd most sought off city in the world for foreign investors. In some parts of the 16th arrondissement of Paris there are over 50% foreigners.
Looking at each arrondissement shows differences but one consistant data: every single arrondissement in Paris have seen double digits raise in the past 12 months with the 3rd and 10th arrondissement raising over 20% while the 13th raised an amazing 27.2% in a year.
